  • We are committed to making deliveries within the timeframes specified in the Payments and Shipping section for all products available for express delivery.
  • If the customer requests a special type of model that includes detailed characteristics such as colors of the case, extendable features, etc., it will be considered unavailable for express delivery.
  • If the customer does not specify special characteristics about the model, such as case colors, gold tones, leather, steel, or rubber extendables, and other variations in the models, the requested model will be sent with available features.
  • If we encounter any issues with the delivery of a shipment, the customer will be informed of the problem, the estimated delivery time, and the plans to compensate for the inconveniences caused by the delivery delay.
  • The plans to compensate our customers include discounts, model exchanges, and free shipping, as applicable.
  • Guarantee Policies

  • For the warranty on your items to take effect, it is essential to register it upon receipt of the shipment. You have only 48 hours after delivery to register your warranty; otherwise, you will not be able to claim the benefits it offers.
  • All products are guaranteed according to their characteristics for the period and in the parts outlined in their description. However, this does not include sensitive materials (rubber/leather/ceramics) or sensitive parts such as crowns, stones, hands, screws, bezels, decorations, etc., which greatly depend on their usage. For no reason will damaged, scratched, disassembled items, or those showing signs of having been submerged (unless the warranty states otherwise) or any other activity that does not correspond to normal use be accepted for exchange.
  • If the item arrives at its destination damaged or broken due to mishandling by the shipping company, it must be reported within 24 hours and returned with all its parts; otherwise, a return cannot be made.
  • For total satisfaction guarantee, you have the right to return the item, provided it is returned in the exact conditions in which it was received, without signs of use. This guarantee only applies if requested within the first 24 hours after receiving the shipment.
  • Instructions for Validating Your Warranty
  • To validate your warranty, you must send us an email describing the issue for which you are requesting to enforce your warranty.
  • If all the requirements to validate your warranty are met, we will send an email with the destination address to which you will need to return the merchandise.
  • Once the return is received, the product will be inspected.
  • If the inspection meets the warranty conditions, we will proceed with the repair or generate a voucher for the amount of your original deposit, which will be available for you to make a new order on the site.
  • The shipping to our office will be covered by the buyer, and the return shipping will be covered by us.
